Vatoor is one of the Mannow Islands, along with Lugaru and Cirùk.
Vieren is a city-state that is independent from the Vatoorian government. The Vatoor-Vieren border conflicts were a series of skirmishes and small battles between conscripts from towns and villages in the area. Fendalin was a Vatoorian conscript from inside the Vierenese border.
