Jack

In Lugaru, Jack betrays Turner and his family. By hiring raiders to kill Turner's family, he causes Turner to seek out all of the raiders and kill them. Removing the raiders from the picture will make it easier for the wolves to enslave all of the rabbits. In exchange, the wolves will not hurt king Hickory, who ordered Jack to do this.
