How to clear the game's cache

Sometimes it can help to clear the game's cache. Here is how you can do that:

Mac

Delete the following folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Overgrowth/Data Where '~' is your username.

Windows

Delete the Data folder inside Overgrowth's user write directory. Overgrowth uses your current Windows Documents folder, so the location depends on your Windows setup.

For many Windows 11 users, Documents is backed up by OneDrive, so the folder may be: %USERPROFILE%\OneDrive\Documents\Wolfire\Overgrowth\Data

If Documents is not backed up by OneDrive, it is usually: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Wolfire\Overgrowth\Data

More generally, use: <Documents>\Wolfire\Overgrowth\Data

Do not delete Program Files\Wolfire\Overgrowth\Data.

Linux

Delete the following folder: ~/.local/share/Overgrowth/Data
